Here you’ll find answers to questions that our customers regularly ask about additional charges, types of payments, delivery services and more.

All orders up to the total sum of £49.99 will incur a delivery charge of £6.30 including VAT. Orders above this amount will qualify for free delivery, subject to our terms and conditions.

DCS accept the following direct debit or credit card payments;

  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

DCS also accepts PayPal payments and offers an invoice option.
Please note, to qualify for invoice payments the invoice option MUST be requested upon account creation. DCS also withholds the right to refuse, suspend or otherwise cancel any credit account. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

Delivery takes approximately 3 working days but may be subject to change dependent upon location and availability of items ordered. Please see our delivery terms and conditions for more information.

When you have completed your order with DCS you will receive a confirmation of payment that will be saved to your account as well as a purchase confirmation email to the address you provided during the registration and/or purchase process. Please keep this information for your records.
You will be notified when your items have been dispatched and should receive them within 3 working days. For full delivery terms and conditions please see our delivery policy.

Invoices are only received by customers who have qualified for credit accounts with DCS.
All other customers will receive purchase confirmation upon payment.
